1. Shipping Area

We currently offer shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide, including but not limited to: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.
⚠️ Shipping is not currently supported to the following countries/regions:
Russia, Ukraine, Brazil (Please fill in according to your actual situation)
2. Shipping Fee Information
Free shipping threshold (e.g., free shipping on orders over $X)

Shipping fee for orders under $X USD (calculated by destination)
Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) is not included in the free shipping promotion, and shipping fees will be charged separately.
3. Delivery Time
Processing time (shipped within 1-3 business days after order)
Estimated arrival time (e.g., 10-20 business days for international shipping)
Note that holidays may affect delivery time.
4. Logistics Method
Courier companies used (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Reference: Standard shipping (free or low price): China Post International Small Parcel, estimated 15-25 business days
Express shipping (additional shipping fee): DHL / FedEx, estimated 5-7 business days
5. Customs Duties and Taxes (Must be specified for cross-border sales)
Note: Customs duties are borne by the buyer.
Reference: Our goods are shipped from China. International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes in the destination country.
All customs duties and import taxes are borne by the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
The specific tax amount is determined by the customs of the destination country according to local regulations, which we cannot estimate or control.
Please understand the import policies of your country/region before placing an order to avoid additional costs.
If the package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, the refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.

Lost/Damaged Package
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package (email: xxx@xxx.com) and provide the following information:
• Order number
• Photos of the damage (if applicable)
• Written proof from the courier company (if applicable)
We will arrange for a replacement or refund within 3-5 business days after receiving your application.
7. Customs Detention Notice
International packages may be detained or delayed due to the customs policies of the destination country. Buyers should be aware of the following:
• Buyers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and other taxes incurred in the destination country.
• If the package is returned or destroyed due to the buyer's refusal to pay customs duties, we will not be liable for any related losses.
• If the delay is caused by customs reasons, exceeding the expected timeframe will not be considered a breach of contract, and we will actively assist in following up.
• If the package is confiscated by customs (due to prohibited items, etc.), the buyer will be solely responsible.
